• The organisers review all applications to ensure a balanced mix of professionals, decision-makers, associations, and partners.

• Once payment is received, our team will verify it and confirm your ticket via email 24 – 48 business hours.

• Please make your payment within 24-48 hours of receiving your approval email.
• If payment isn’t received in time, your registration will be automatically cancelled, and your seat released.

We comply fully with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) of South Africa.

1. Event Registrations & Services

• All registrations are subject to a vetting and approval process.
• Once a registration has been approved and payment has been made, the booking is considered confirmed.

2. Cancellation & Refunds

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations or non-attendance once payment has been received, unless required by law.
• If the event is cancelled by the organiser, a full refund will be issued.

3. Substitutions

• Delegate substitutions are not permitted.

4. Online & Distance Sales

• Where applicable, online purchases may be cancelled within 7 days in accordance with the Electronic Communications and
  Transactions Act (ECTA), provided no services have yet been rendered.

5. Consumer Protection Act Compliance

• Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
• Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe and via the original payment method.
