The recordings will be available on the Smart Health Africa website two weeks post the event. However, closed or confidential sessions will not be recorded.
To gain the full experience, meaningful insights, and valuable connections, we highly encourage you to attend the entire summit.
Additionally, to receive the full CPD points, you will need to attend both days and scan the QR codes provided after each session.
HPCSA credits will be recorded by ASAIPA upon registration, and updates should reflect within a week after the event. Please remember to check in.

Speakers are invited based on their expertise, relevance to the summit themes and contribution to the broader health ecosystem. You may also submit a speaker interest form on our website.
Speakers receive full briefing support, scheduled technical checks, on site assistance and access to all sessions across the summit.
Yes. All confirmed speakers receive complimentary summit access.
Yes. We accept presentations in standard formats including PDF and PowerPoint. Please submit your slides ahead of the deadline provided in the speaker pack.
Yes. All stages are professionally managed with microphones, screens, confidence monitors and technical teams.
Most speaker sessions are recorded unless agreed otherwise.
Yes, as long as it aligns with the session content and does not become a sales pitch.

Yes. Each sponsorship package includes a set number of complimentary delegate tickets.

Basic exhibition items may be provided depending on the package. Additional custom furniture can be arranged through approved suppliers.
Delegate data is shared in line with POPIA and GDPR. Only delegates who have opted in will be included.
